By accessing this website or engaging the services of Duke's Professional Cleaning Services LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Duke's Professional Cleaning Services LLC provides commercial and janitorial cleaning services in Dacula, Gwinnett County, and the greater Metro Atlanta area. Specific service scopes, schedules, and pricing are agreed upon separately in writing prior to commencement of any work.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided through this website are non-binding estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after an initial consultation or walkthrough of the property. Prices are subject to change based on the actual scope of work.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations at our discretion.

4. Access to Premises

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the premises on the agreed service date. We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to lack of access.

5. Insurance & Liability

Duke's Professional Cleaning Services LLC is fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team during service, clients must report it within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the value of the service performed.

Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a service fee.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 14 days' written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services in cases involving unsafe conditions, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duke's Professional Cleaning Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
